Hi, I’m Zarin Sikder

Aircraft Mechanic turned Mechanical Engineer

I began my journey as an aircraft mechanic, fascinated by how the systems I repaired were designed, built, and engineered to fly.

Now, as a Mechanical Engineering student at Olin College, I’m exploring the design side where creative problem solving meets real world manufacturing.

I love bridging the gap between hands on craftsmanship and engineering design, from aerospace structures to automobiles and rapid prototyping.

At Olin, I’ve been involved in Olin Electric Motorsports (FSAE), Olin Baja SAE, and Olin Rocketry, where I’ve contributed to projects spanning fabrication and structural design.
